I believe it came out so well as I got the stone Mason to shot blast it. I can’t remember the material they used toThat looks great, well done - I honestly never thought you'd be able to get the render off so cleanly. Give that a few years to weather down a bit and it'll be spot on. Have you noticed any improvement in the damp inside? It can take a long time for a wall to dry out, a month for every inch of thickness is a very rough guide.
Shot blast but it was like glass. Well I would say the gable end ‘living room’ hasn’t got any worse so I’d say it’s definitely helped. The next plan after addressing the front drainage/damp issue is to renovate the living room and cut back to the old brick so that’s when I will find out how moist the walls are. However we are attacking the other front room first as this has serious issues and isn’t liveable
