Condensation in bathroom!

We were left a bottle of champagne by the vendors of the first house we bought and we've done the same with the houses we've sold.
Unfortunately, that first house was the was the one and only time we've been on the receiving end. Still, we've been fortunate not to have suffered from lack of light bulbs and other pettiness.

I was left a Bomb Disposal manual from the Royal Engineers EOD school!!!!!!! and much other £$%^ that involved trip wires etc.

I had to call the estate agents to let them know I had the knowledge to booby trap their office and they better get the previous owner to come and collect said literature.

Just don't go digging around in the garden too enthusiastically, otherwise you may find out why the manual was left.

When we bought the house we were left large amounts of DNA from former tenants in the form of soiled nappies and crusty underwear shoved into holes in the wall and through gaps in the floorboards :shock:
The couple who sold us the static caravan were lovely, though - they towed it into position for us, and left us a bunch of flowers and a bottle of wine on the table.
