Hi, I know this is an old post but I am a new member and have the same issue ....My question is if you paid for a full survey on the property and they did not highlight that the house was rendered in the wrong material then should they be held to some form of accountability?
Good luck fighting that one. Fair play to you if you manage to win that battle but I get the very strong impression that’s a black hole of time and money. There’s a lot of money behind this cement stuff going on and a lot of disincentives to admitting the problems it’s causing.
