I do. They will allow a swathe of protected trees to be felled, and a listed wall to be demolished so a developer can built naff houses on a garden in the conservation area (now deemed a brownfield site...) but when we asked we were told it would have to be stone.
The listed wall is, however, to be rebuilt in a different place - the CO says it's 'preservation by re-used materials and replicated form'. Conservation in Tynedale? Forget it!!!
We already have a range of stone outbuildings and wanted tin... it's on a piece of former agricultural land (maybe still is, but not registered as such). We don't keep chickens and don't want a chicken shed.
