Some electricians don't like RCBO's as they are nearly always single pole devices (us being cheapskates in the UK again) so don't disconnect the neutral. I believe an all RCBO set up is also frowned upon for TT installs (where you have an earth spike in the garden rather than an earth from the supply network) for the same reason.
