We're probably a bit at crossed purposes because I was, understandably, seeking guidance regarding my own property rather than a general policy, which I realise is not really practical since these things are considered on a property-by-property basis.
As I recall, you stated that panels had been given LBC but only when they were completely hidden from view (from the ground), the implication being that they wouldn't be acceptable for my property since they would definitely be visible. So I didn't pursue it any further.
