It's funny, Dan Cruickshank doesn't bother me at all - I like him as a presenter. Now if we're talking about annoying mannerisms and ways of speaking, then Kirsty Allsop (sorry FamilyWiggs) and Phil Spencer are much worse as far as I'm concerned.

I hate Johnathon Woss as a presenter. Fortunately, I watch very little gogglebox and he doesn't tend to show up on the type of programmes I look at.

Indeed. He's giving away his true age though, in that he thinks of Robert E. Preston (b. 1836), Director of the U.S. Mint, as a "presenter". What he did he present Penners with? It must have been pretty bad to leave such an indelible mark on the poor chap. Perhaps it was very heavy, and lead directly to those back troubles which have afflicted him for many years now (which naturally he doesn't like to remind anyone of).
