As for limecrete, my understanding is that it will set solid pretty quickly but will continue to 'cure' (carbonate) over many weeks (maybe months, I don't really know).

Many years ago I had occasion to visit the Cement & Concrete Association - that industry's research body. They have conducted extensive tests on the curing of concrete and have been able to measure continued hardening of the material after 50 years! The chap I spoke to said that the hardening process probably continues beyond that time, but at a level impossible to measure.

I've no idea about limecrete, but I just thought the above was QI.

Definitely QI. I knew it continued to harden for quite some time but had no idea it was on that sort of timescale.
