Arch, tiled insert or combination?

And I'll try and get a picture of the dating code (or what ever it is called) but I'm not going back to the house until Sunday.

the number is usually on the underside of the sill in combinations but is on the back of inserts so you cant see it unless you remove the fire.

both of mine date to within one year of the house build date

here is the bedroom one - dated 1888 apparently
