From your remarks, I can see there is no universal way to describe a Period Property!
Why we needed a definition of a Period Property is because we are developing a website to show all the properties in the UK awaiting auction. One of our major property classifications is ‘Period and Listed Property’.
As there is no definitive way to describe a period property, we will have to go with the UK’s general 'perception' of a Period Property, which is that the property is old!
