Surely in law one is always presumed innocent until proven guilty and having the means motive and opportunity to commit a crime does not make you guilty and is merely circumstantial not submitable evidence? It may be the mysterious man with £200.00 had a score to settle and hoped his actions would land the owner in gaol.
Oh I totally agere. But in law it is considered sound basis for a murder conviction, despite the fact that it is not real proof. How many innocents are convicted of murder who knows.
