I listened to the program. Then I had a look at Paula Sunshine's website and discovered that my parents live in the same village as her. I mentioned it to my parents and it turns out they know each other.

I don't know about that, but it was excellent stuff he was relaying regarding period buildings.
Sadly, alongside Stephen's putting across the message that cement bad lime good, the thrust of the feature seemed to be designed to put many off timber framed buildings.
