Wording for consumer unit notice?

My domestic electrical system includes cabling of both colour codings - the old live=red and neutral=black, and the new live=brown and neutral=blue. Because of this, I believe there should be a notice to this effect posted on or in the consumer unit.

Does anyone know whether there is a correct official wording for this notice? I've got my inspection soon, and I don't want to fail on a silly detail like this.
