Looking on the English Heritage map my house which I am in the process of buying is not marked as a listed building, though it dates back to 1650.
I emailed English Heritage and they say it comes under curtilage of the main farmhouse nearby, although another barn which is in a dilapidated state on the same site which once belonged to the farm has its own listing. Would this be because my house it not listed on the land registry? I am in the process of getting this rectified.
So my question is; once my house is on the land registry will I be able to get it a listing of its own and if so how would I go about it?
The house is shown below.
