There have been a number of programs on the box on how the Incas produced such walls. The main conclusion was that it took lots of work and they knew how to build foundations. Very interesting stuff if you want to look it up.
Well with all that gold they probably had an influx of Polish craftsmen at very cheap rates to do the job. I do have to say I am impressed just how tight the joints are.
