I think I asked this last year, but maybe someone new will know. I've ben nursing this rose for about 5 years. I've now moved it to a sunnier place and when I did so, I noticed that many of the roots seemed to have white powdery mould on them, so I cut them off and sprayed with fungicide. I don't know if that was the right thing to do but it has perked up a bit this year. Every year this tiny bush, which is maybe 18" high, makes just one flower. It has the strongest and loveliest scent of any rose i have experienced. The other distinctive featire is that the leaves are very dark purple when young, and become dark green as they mature. I have no idea what it is and I'm a little worried that it will die, and would love to know what it is so I can get another. Any ideas?
