Web Site Usage Help Please

Can anyone help please?

I've been trying to insert some pictures but am failing miserably - drag and drop, copy and paste all fail - any guidance would be most welcome.

I used tinypic.com
Select the size you want (message board 640 x 480)
Upload your picture
Copy the link it gives you (the one suitable for forums)
Paste the link into your forum post
Admire your upside down picture using Preview or just post it

If it does turn all your pictures upside down and you find a way to stop it, please let me know! I even tried starting with an upside down picture, grrrr.

I'll be using tinypic.com from now on, thanks. I've tried a quick preview and the photo is the right way up. Did you use an iPhone to take your pic?
