Warped shutter leaf

The shutters we rescued from the garage when we moved in are in reasonable condition apart from the middle leaf of one pair. This one is a little warped- (hardly surprising as it's been hung in a garage for thirty years covered in tins of paint). Anyway, is there a way of straightening it so it can be re-united with the others?

Shutter leaves are usually pretty thin and are prone to warping whether or not they are kept in garages. The original ones in my house have warped. Even the new ones I made, although flat at the time of making, have since warped (I tell people that this was a deliberate intention to make them blend in).

I have seen various tips in fuurtniture resporation books for flattening warped cupboard doors but I am not sure how effective they are.

Probably the easiest method would be to hang it up the other way for another 30 years.
