Hello there, I have a dining room fire place which needs a 16inch wide hood. The dead height is 8 inches and there is a hinge pin recess just above. Does any one know of any reclamation yards etc in the (East) Yorkshire area who may assist? I know that there are many variations of fittings etc but any tips will be appreciated. .

I don't know about yards but there is a seller who has been on Ebay lately with lots of old hoods for sale.
