Trying to find a previous posting

I have tried the past topic search but its a long job!

Does anybody recall a topic connected with a property in Brighton, in which a website was mentioned to do with proposed developments there.

If I recall correctly I think the initial question was from somebody who has a listed building there and wanted to know whether to re-instate shutters. Somehow the point went from that to Brighton's future! Probably about 6-8 weeks ago.

Hope this will jog someone's memory I woud very much like to track the information
