Digging down the ground level at the front of the house to put a french drain in the ongoing battle against damp.


Found this burred about 8-10 inches down.

( :roll: Yes, its had a clean before the photo.)

It's a 1930 era kerosene camping stove, shame it is not older but it shows how quickly ground levels can rise with plant matter.

Yes :evil: previous previous owner (and I only say previous previous because the last owner did less than nothing!).
