Hi everyone old and new, I have been away for a while both here and at work. I have been working on my new website for over a year which I have just published, and now contains over 65,000 words and hundreds of pages of information and articles on Wood Stripping, Wood Finishing and Floor Sanding all with an emphasis on period properties of course. I believe it is the most in depth set of articles (that I could find over several years of searching) in one place in the English language.
The information is MUCH more detailed than my articles published on this site including many historical references. I have asked Rob and Simon if they wish me to submit new updated articles or (seeing as two of the articles are several dozen pages long) if a sticky to the website may be useful to people.
I will not include my web address in this post as I do not think it is fair to do so until Rob and Simon have decided if they think this is ok.
It was a lot of hard work and I did especially think of all you period property types when I was writing the articles, as I know many of you will appreciate the considerable effort I have made, some of you period property veterans may already know my website, well it is back up and running and better than ever, so why not take a look? In the near future I hope to add more in depth looks at specific projects and perhaps some step by step quick photo guides.
Meanwhile if anyone has any agony uncle questions I am around at the moment.
Best wishes to everyone
