I didn't want to use water based, seriously thought about linseed oil based, but this is faster drying and a bit cheaper. It seems to have pretty good reviews including a few on here recommending it. That's about it! I've never used it before.
Yes, can be tinted. It won't necessarily be quite a match for whatever is on their colour card, as the bases are not always white, but tinted it can be.
Jolly good paint, as I've previously said, but it takes a while to dry in damp/cool weather.
