time warp house

I sometimes look on rightmove just to see what has come up for sale near me. I got in the habit when I was looking for a house and didn't stop!!!! This house in my old suburb of Moseley has come up for sale and it is incredible. It really is time warp!!! It makes me sad as I bet the people that buy it will not keep it that way. Just thought I'd share it!

I love that, it reminds of here a bit - nice to see what looks like a very similar grey Derbyshire fossil marble fireplace ( though I must say BC is even more inconveniently time warpy)

It just goes to show the instant period effect of wallpaper and colours which aren't white.

You never know, somebody might appreciate the house for what it is and respect its integrity. The features are all fantastic and need little more than some TLC, room sizes are great, so it's only down to the services and whether there is updating needed there, and the general condition of the roof and rainwater goods etc.
