Background: Bathroom faucets
Question: In a shower, you can have a thermostatic valve, and a volume control. So, you can set the temperature, and with another value, control the flow amount. Why is there not this feature for a basin faucet?
Assuming I am mounting the basin faucet on the wall, why can't you just take a shower thermostatic valve and add a volume control and have a lovely temperature every morning? I'm guessing it's just more expensive, otherwise, makes sense?
I am keen on a specific series, and I know they do not do thermostatic basin sinks.
Thanks!
