Hi people!!

Long time, no type!

Well, since last being in touch, loads and loads of stuff has been happening to our house. We are nearly done inside we're hoping to definitely move in before this coming Christmas.....meaning we won't have our 13th Christmas in the caravan

The very latest thing to happen is that the scaffolding is going up as I type! This means we can start to rid the house of the last cement based product, which is the render on the outside. For those of you who haven't followed my renovation, we've already removed cement render from all of the inside walls, concrete floors upstairs and downstairs and cement-based mortar everywhere!!

Just wanted to give you a brief update and to say that I'll be uploading pics to PhotoBucket when I get a chance.

Good to hear from you Jaqy - obviously as enthusiastic as ever.

I always thought that Mrs P and I had something of a marathon with our first renovation - just over four years in a caravan (with two kids, two dogs and an ever-varying number of guinea-pigs). But we were rank amateurs compared with you.

The day we moved into the house still ranks as one of the most memorable of our lives. Make sure you let us know when yours arrives.
