Telescopic air bricks

Afternoon ..
has anyone successfully installed telescopic airbricks in a Victorian property ?
Renovating our daughters house , cleaned the cavities , added more air bricks but there still doesn't seem to be a much draft .. was thinking of adding a few telescopic ones but thought the runic cube could be easier .. has anyone tried using them and were they successful .. very damp layer of mud at the mo , no leaks no broken gutters just feels like poor ventilation and smelly musty mud ! Any help or advice greatly appreciated .

Are the airbricks definitely coming through below floor level in the interior?

Are there clear flows for the air all the way through? Poorly constructed dwarf walls & general detritus can all conspire to block air flow.

It will all take a while to dry out unless you have floorboards up and dehumidifiers running to accelerate the process, so you might not see the benefits for a month or 3

The external and internal airbricks are offset , so it appears plenty of airflow in the cavity , but not really coming in through the space on the floor ( hope that makes sense ) all the boards are up , we have a dehumidifier on the go 24/7 at the mo .. but really want to encourage more air flow ? ..
