Become a Localvore

Although I'm not sure I could stick to the Fife Diet as an example.

While I agree that it could be quite restricting (just how far is the Ardbeg distillery from us? Hmmmm.) I think if people accepted the principle of buying more local food, it could be a step in the right direction.

I have been known to brew my own beer and make wine, but distilling isn't legal...

Judging by the Localvore banner picture, you have to live in The Shire to qualify.

As for the Fife Diet, it all looks very worthy, but they fail to tell you that with every meal, pudding is deep-fried Mars Bars (locally grown, of course).
