Surveyor in Devon for water ingress problem

I live on gated estate and take responsibility for some of the maintenance of the buildings, we have a problem with water ingress into the cloysters The building is Georgian and dates back to 1776 and is situated near South Brent In Devon.
The management company have decided to call in a surveyor to solve this problem . So if you know of a qualified surveyor in this area who knows about damp problems with grade 2 listed buildings could you please contact me

My office is Totnes and I am an IHBC member. However, I'm not RICS so probably wouldn't be acceptable to a management company. You could try O'Briens in Fore Street (speak to Kevin), or Bob Seymour in High Street.
