I've seen some on here extolling the virtues of a sump-and-pump system for getting rid of underfloor moisture.
Does anyone have first-hand experience of living with one? I ask becaue I'm currently working on a place which has so much water coming through the subsoil that any number of external french drains, internal herringbone drains under the limecrete slab and almost anything else seem unlikely to be able to cope. Anyone any
