Such a pleasure/ bit OT

Today I met my new Nephew -in- Law from my Ex's side of the Family-- a real delight, especially as he is into his 3rd year training as a Surveyer, working for a small Family ( not ours) run Business that specialises only in Listed Buildings. He has been working on some fantastic listed propertys that have been destroyed by fire, completely derelict, or simply in need of some TLC. Lucky, lucky chap-- I really enjoyed talking to him. He is also blessed with a fair amount of practical skill as well a real love of Architecture. He's already sussed out dealing with the , at times, annoying CO's and totally impractical Architects.!! What a treat to encounter such enthusiasm.
