Dear All,
Looking to lay a very simple floor in the kitchen of our 1901 house. I'm trying to achieve an authentic period look - utilitarian, dark red, 6inch unglazed quarry tiles with tight grouted junctions. Are these "quarry" tiles?
Sounds easy, but so simple to get wrong. For example, so many modern "geometric"/"quarry"? type tiles having a slightly curved edge, rather than a truly square sectional profile.
Does anyone know of any suppliers where I can source such a simple, but quality tile?
Regards,
Paul
