Soil pipe replacement

Hi everyone, I have dug out the floor in my outbuilding as the wall has come down and an RSJ put in.
There was a downstairs loo and as you can see below its the old clay pipe. In the garden there is no inspection put for the soil pipe, everyone else has one.

My question is should I replace this will plastics and put in an inspection pit outside before putting the floor in?
I thought it might be a good idea as its earlier to get to now rather than later when the floor is down.
Way sort of tradesman does this plumber or ground worker or both?

Yes, and groundworker will do it.

Are you replacing the loo or fitting something else to the soil pipe? i.e. do you still need it? and do you want it in the same place?
Have you dug down to the pipe and are you certain there are no other pipes connected to it?

Yeah a toilet will be put back there, I'm sure cautious that if I need to put a new floor in I may aswell replace with plastics before I put it back down.
I know next doors drains meet up the garden so I'm pretty sure it will be ok.

My 2 pence worth is that it probably is a good idea, but is a lot of work, and if your drains are not leaking, maybe not necessary. Have you had a look at clay drainage?? It has some advantages such as it is stronger, and also can be bedded on the soil as dug unless it is full of large sharp stones. THe couplings with rubber seals allow movement at the joints. It is more expensive to buy, but I believe easier to install. Plastic inspection chambers can be installed if it is just for access for rodding or cameras etc. It saves building a brick manhole. If you do anything remember that the shared drain is the responsibility of the water company.
