Soft distempers

Hi all - is the Real Paint Company still in business?

I want to try to find a supplier who can sell me both an oil bound or casein distemper (for the walls) and a soft distemper (for the plasterwork and ceiling) in the same colour - Farrow and Ball can, but does any body else make both (pre coloured anyway)?

I have had an email conversation with peter Ellis today at Rose of Jericho - what a nice man he's concoting a sample of Pale yellow ochre soft bound distemper for me - I'm going to collect it on Wednesday/Thursday - they're colours are GORGEOUS!! Can I get you anything?

Just wanted to say I went over to Rose of Jericho (great service and Freindly too) and have used a sample of their Pale Ochre Soft Distemper this week - I can heartily recommend this it is beautiful. Distemper may be tricky to apply in trems of you need to keep a wet edge to your work but the end result even after one coat is stunning - soft yet with a slight variation to the colour depending on your brush strokes.
