We went to day to Howick Hall for a snowdrop walk. It was wonderful - great drifts of them around the garden and arboretum - made even better by a pot of Earl Grey and scones in the lovely tea rooms.

As this was the home of 19th century Prime Minister Earl Grey whose tomb is in the nearby church it seemed very appropriate.
Just pointing it out in case anyone in the region wants to go.
I know other places around the country have such walks also, if anyone has a favourite please share it!
