Slates not meeting guttering

We have a stone barn and over the years the wall has moved. That has been secured. The problem is that now the slates appear to be a bit short if the guttering, any ideas how to sort this. Taking the roof off is not an option at the moment

It does rather depend how short is short, and if you're looking for a quick bodge or something more permanent.

Quick bodge - a strip of heavy roofing felt, pushed up under the bottom slates and into the gutter.

Rather better bodge - fit felt support trays at the bottom, under the bottom slates and into the gutter.

To be honest, fit the felt trays well and that's pretty much a permanent fix if the shortfall is only small. Doesn't matter if there is no felt by the way, these just go up under the bottom row of tiles or slates with the bent edge giving the water drop into the gutter.
