I just missed it at Carnforth yesterday (the lure of the Midland Hotel and warmth and drinks intervened) but anyone able to get to any of the destinations it's passing through - it's an unmissable sight.

PS Carnforth is worth a visit also - and the 'Brief Encounter' caff serves good simple food in a recreation of the railway caff from the movie.

Awww, thats just gorgeous - would you look at that viaduct? Wish I could have gone on it. A trip for one day in the future I hope. Preferably on the restaurant car with a nice chilled chablis and the current Mr D!
