The wallpapers are fine but I wouldn't go downloading the screensavers unless you are really really sure that there isn't anything nasty in them. Screensavers are a common way of getting nasty bugs onto a persons machine.

I suspect these are OK , it's from the Art Daily mailing list, can't think that it will want to download nasties onto the screen of subscribers.

Screensavers are also pretty much redundant these days, due to advances in monitor technology. CRT's can arguably still suffer from "burn-in" if they display the same unmoving image regularly, for very long periods. But flat panel monitors are a different technology.

I like the wallpapers as well....athough shame they had to stick the 'branding' across the bottom.

My screensaver is currently a rolling slideshow of pictures of outstanding jobs my wife has kindly taken photos of....her way of reminding me to get on and finish them

When I leave mine on, it goes through all my picture collection, which can be amusing and surprising at times.

Which lends huge weight to my argument that screensavers are at best un-necessary and at worst downright provocative.

We think this spoils the view of the voluptuous curves of the Scenic Railway, although that was, one day in April, hot stuff(sadly).

It is a bit odd... but we are admiring the artistry, not being prurient...

Bit chilly I would have thought. I prefer to keep me vest on at all times.

The Scenic is only a small dipper you note.

And any connection between that thought and the statue of David (screensaver no 1) is non-existent.
