Hi All,
We have obtained Listed Building Consent for the larger items on our to-do list for out Grade II listed stone cottage, and work has started.
For some other items - window and door restoration, some re-wiring etc the conservation officer has said to submit a schedule of works for the proposed and full LBC is not required, just agreement in writing.
For the windows we won't know the extend of the damage and therefore repairs planned until we start, but we can't start until we have agreement from the council...a little chicken and egg! But perhaps it doesn't need to be that detailed?
Any advise on what should be included gratefully received! Thanks
