Rise and Fall Brackets - Galvanised or Painted Black

We are halfway through the task of removing grey pvc gutters and replacing them with black cast iron RWGs.

A silly question, but should I keep the Rise and Fall brackets silver (galvanised) or should I paint them black?

But make sure you've got the right sort of primer on there first - some paints (e.g. Smoothrite) demand a special primer for galvanised surfaces.
