Restoration of Sash Windows

I live in an Edwardian property and although (thank god) the windows have no rot they are looking a bit tired. Overpainting on glass, cords not working etc..I keep finding companies who want to install draft strips of one sort or another but what I need is someone who will come along remove the window, sand it down, re-stain (don't like gloss). Clean the glass up, put in drafting strips. Basically a complete overhaul and update. I can't seem to find anyone who will do all of the job though. I live in Essex, does anyone know of someone who could help?
