As I move to finishing the cleaning of the beams, I need to remove the modern paint from my lime plaster.
You can see what I have to do here

Now some or even most of the lime plaster is very delicately balanced as to whether it stays up up falls down, any major work on it will certainly be disasterous, so whatever I do, if I want to retain as much of this lime plastering as I can, needs to be done with great care.
I certainly can't put kling strip on and blast with the vacwash
I have emailed Strippers for advice, but following on from another post this morning, many people seem to have done this already, so I thought I'd start another post rather than tag on to crazing lime plaster.
There isn't a great deal of paint coverage, maybe a couple of coats and it appears to be emulsion.
