Do you rember this lovely old cottage we all feel for several months back?. It was the one with the large topiary rabbit in the front garden!!

It's in Wetheringsett just off the A140 road to Norwich. It was on the market for £350,000 and went under offer pretty quickly. Luckily for someone else it's now back on for between £279,000 to £300,000 :shock: . What happened?. Survey?. I would love to waste the agents time just for a viewing.

Any chance of us all clubbing together?.

There seems to be a remarkable lack of information about practical matters like access, the size of the garden, drainage etc. And just where would one put one's collection of classic sports-cars?

I agree. There has to be something odd with this. My sister-in-law lives in those parts and property prices anywhere near Woodbridge School are sky high. It must have a pylon going overhead or something or be next to a chicken farm.
I like the old wives tale about it being built out of ship. I guess that did sometimes happen but not every timber framed building ever built as estate agents would have us believe.

It's a long way from Woodbridge. It's at the junction of Hockey Hill and Church Street, Wetheringsett.
The Estate Agents destructions are wrong, too. I think this is it:

!6th Century and 600 years old - obviously future plans are involved.

Looks like it's landlocked in the corner of the churchyard. Nowhere to keep the horses or the cars.
