Wonder what woods the kitchen door is made of.

A superb counterpoint to the ghastly modernised white cube that many 'period' interiors have become.
Hope to goodness it finds a suitable owner. One notes the appropriate furnishings currently present.

That looks like an eccentric owner with too much time on his hands, to me. One unbound by tradition. I've never seen such a small coffered ceiling before.

Unusually, the interior was described in the Historic England Listing particulars, and I was pleased that this was referenced in the Agent's particulars, meaning that the new owners will know they cannot mangle the interior with impunity. Most small GII properties seem to have been listed on a drive-by basis with no interior details at all, leading to the sort of destruction with which we are all too familiar.

I think this is an astounding interior. So much overhead work, the design, the execution, and the state of preservation of the building as a whole make it imho worthy of a GII* listing.

Assuming you're trying to save on a phone, via the app, it's as clumsy as taking a screenshot of each. On a laptop you should be able to save each image separately...

I wonder if a fat sweaty man in an ill fitting modesty towel comes with the sauna. I think you'd constantly have to have the heating turned up to 11 if you lived here... :lol:

I've struggled saving the pictures before on a laptop. I think the site is designed to prevent it. The rightmove images of my house were screenshot and edited on my laptop.

Might make a difference which browser you're on though. My laptop uses firefox

My version of Windows 10 came with a "Snipping Tool". Found under Windows Accessories. Very easy to use and you can grab any portion of a screen and save for later use in any image manipulation program or Word etc. Hope this helps.

By far the easiest tool to use for capturing screenshots or portions thereof. Then a simple copy/paste or at worst, save it first and upload it or edit in another app.

Hit the Start Buttony-0thing and start to type "sni" and it shows up. Then pin it to the taskbar and its always available.

I suppose I might eventually buy a more modern version. I'm not averse to technology. For example, in 1999, I bought a VCR.

Is the VCR going as strongly as the Nokia? And maybe more importantly, did you back Beta or VHS??

Firefox is great for saving the original images even when they're masked in 'fancybox' like on rightmove - right click on a page (a blank bit), choose 'view page info', select the media tab and just scroll down until you find the pic you want and the hit the 'save as' button.
The page only shows one of the big images at a time plus the thumbnails so you need to repeat for each of the bigger images you want

I only retired my "period" Nokia a few months ago. My network provider shut down, so I was compelled to move to a new one - they told me my Nokia was a 2G phone and they don't support that any more! :lol:
