Reclamation yards are your best bet, but if you want new then Grinshill quarry is probably your best bet, they do white and red sandstone. Grinshill stone quarry Grinshill stone quarry Shropshire. Feltwell Member Messages 6,377 Location Shropshire, England Feb 7, 2023 #4 They'll cut and tool to whatever you want, but prepare the wallet for bashing! I had 2 hinge blocks - basically big smooth sawn cubes of sandstone for partway up a gate pillar - from them. Not cheap.
