I'm using B&Q chipboard panels to floor the central area in our loft just so we have a good space to stand and work while we sort stuff out. It's for storage only and I'm screwing the panels direct to the original ceiling joists.
The query I have is this....
The instruction sheet shows a cross-section of how the T&G should run when the panels are down and I am following this, unfortunately this puts the side which looks the toughest (it has the code number stencilled into the material at intervals) face down onto the joists. Is there a 'right-side-up' for this material or doesnt it matter if all you are doing is using it for storage?
