I am building a new house and I am installing a natural gas Rayburn, probably the new 800 series. Question is do I get one with a boiler for hot water and central heating or have a separate bolier for this? House is on 2 floors + separate garage with habitable area on the first floor. Total floor area for heating (probably underfloor) is 480 Sq Mtrs.
Will the Rayburn 800 cope and how efficient is the bolier compared a standalone gas bolier (not a combi)?
