Would anybody know what a "Pump Turn" refers to within documentation received from the Local Authority in respect to Conservation Area indicating its existance in front of our property?

Dont believe it would help, there is a cobble wall on the boundary with a footpath between wall & highway, oposite is grass verge then footpath & boundary wall again. Is it possible it refers to fire pump turn?

That was my thought... possibly cast iron? And possibly now removed of course!
