Come on then - best guesses on what price it will go for ?
- the LBC stipulates at present that the barn cannot be incorporated into the accommodation (Shame that - I have seen a lot of nice conversions where the barn is retained externally and still open to the rafters inside but used as open plan living/dining/kitchen area)

I wonder if it is the showman who is now a former showman (and hence leading to the sale if he is actually also a former man entirely), or if it is his caravan that is now a former caravan?

I want it! Apart from me having no money or time and it being in totally the wrong location for my work it looks a viable proposition....

I found a 1900 map and picture today which shows that my house used to have lovely views over a mini-country estate belonging to the church, a bishop's residence I believe. Until in the 1930's they built the equivalent of a modern Barratt's estate all over it , lots of identical little boxes.

Still, if it was still there I am sure I couldn't have afforded my house! And knowing my luck I'd buy my house and then they'd build the estate.....
