pointing cost

Hello all

I'd be very grateful if anyone has a rough ball park cost to expect for repointing in lime per m^2 please.

£100 per square metre is what I pay, but then I have to have a small amount included for the amount of travelling time to get to me from my preferred pointer. Includes materials, raking out and pointing.

Do you know anyone local? My neighbour reprinted our front wall, lime, for £10 an hour, plus materials. (see insuring an 1802 wreck thread for results) absolute bargain and brilliant job.

Total cost was about £500. Unfortunately we are a long way from you! Other people on here may be nearer and have recommendations. Good luck.
